By using the HMS POS website and services, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms. Please read them carefully.

HMS POS provides cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) software and related services for restaurants and similar businesses. The scope of services varies depending on the subscription plan you choose.

2. 账户与责任

3. 收费与取消

订阅费用按您所选方案收取。除非另有说明，否则不存在长期绑定；您可以在任一周期结束时取消订阅。免费试用期内不收取任何费用。

4. 可接受使用

您不得将服务用于非法目的、威胁系统安全，或妨碍其他用户使用服务。

5. 服务连续性

我们的目标是 99.9% 的正常运行时间。计划内维护会提前通知。对于不可抗力导致的中断，我们不承担责任。

6. 变更

我们可能会不时更新这些条款。重大变更会通知您。当前条款自在本页发布之时起生效。
