HMS POS provides cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) software and related services for restaurants and similar businesses. The scope of services varies depending on the subscription plan you choose.

2. Account and Responsibility

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use.

3. Pricing and Cancellation

Subscription fees are charged based on the plan you choose. Unless otherwise stated, there is no long-term commitment; you may cancel your subscription at the end of any period. No payment is taken during the free trial.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the services for unlawful purposes, in ways that threaten system security, or that disrupt other users’ access to the service.

5. Service Continuity

We target 99.9% uptime. We announce planned maintenance in advance. We cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. The current terms take effect the moment they are published on this page.
