As HMS POS (the “Company”), we value the security of your personal data as the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). This notice is prepared to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed and about your rights.

The name, email, phone, business details and message content you submit through our website are processed for the purpose of fulfilling your service request.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Evaluating and responding to your demo and quote requests,
• Managing customer relations and support processes,
• Fulfilling contractual and legal obligations,
• Promotional and informational activities upon your request.

3. Transfer of Data

Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with authorized public institutions and the business partners we work with, in compliance with the KVKK. Your data is not transferred abroad.

Your personal data is collected through website forms, email and phone channels, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK and on your explicit consent.
