Let Yemeksepeti orders land straight on your register
No more copying orders at a tablet. An order from Yemeksepeti opens as a check in HMS POS, reaches the kitchen and comes off stock.
What does the Yemeksepeti integration do?
Yemeksepeti is the largest delivery channel in Türkiye and in most venues it is run from a separate tablet. The order appears on that tablet, a staff member reads it and types it into the register a second time, then passes it to the kitchen. Each of those three steps produces errors at peak hours: a missing item, a wrong address, a late delivery. The integration removes the steps entirely.
The second gain is reporting. Once Yemeksepeti orders reach the POS, dine-in, takeaway and delivery sales can be read side by side in the same report. You see net contribution after commission, which items sell for delivery versus in the dining room, and how demand moves by hour — all on one screen. An order history stuck on a separate tablet answers none of those questions.
- Orders are never re-keyed by hand
- Menu, prices and availability are managed from HMS POS
- Dine-in, takeaway and delivery sales compare in one report
- A sold-out item is closed on Yemeksepeti with one tap
The path of an order
What the Yemeksepeti integration includes
Automatic order transfer
The order is written onto a check with item notes and the address. The payment type (online or at the door) comes across too.
One menu, two channels
The dine-in and delivery menus feed from the same product; if delivery pricing differs, a channel-based price is defined.
Linked to stock
Recipe-based deduction runs on delivery orders too; when an ingredient runs out the item can be closed on both channels at once.
Post-commission reporting
Channel reporting shows Yemeksepeti sales separately; once the commission rate is set, net contribution is calculated.
How does a Yemeksepeti order reach the POS?
When a guest orders in the Yemeksepeti app the order lands directly in HMS POS and appears on screen with an audible alert. The moment you accept it a check opens, the items are routed to the kitchen display by station and recipe-linked ingredients leave stock. Nobody types the order a second time, and you no longer need someone sitting at a tablet copying orders across.

How menu mapping and setup work
The only real work in setup is menu mapping: each product on the Yemeksepeti side is matched once to its counterpart in HMS POS. After that, price, description and availability are managed from HMS POS — take an item off sale and it disappears on the platform too. Our setup team does the mapping with you, and for an average menu it takes less than half a day.
