Migros Yemek orders on your register

Opening a fourth channel should not require an extra pair of hands. Migros Yemek orders land on the same screen, in the same queue.

Marketplace integration

What does the Migros Yemek integration do?

As the number of marketplaces grows, the breaking point is coordination rather than the kitchen. With four tablets, four menu lists and four order histories, only one person knows where each order stands — and when that person is off, the system stops. The integration takes that knowledge out of a person’s head and puts it on a screen: wherever an order came from, it appears in the same list with the same status.

Stock follows the same logic. The same item sold through four channels draws from one store; when an ingredient hits a critical level the alert comes once, and the item can be closed on every channel at once. There is no need to track stock per channel, because there was only ever one kitchen.

  • Four channels merge into one order list
  • One store, one recipe set, one stock alert
  • An item can be closed across every channel at once
  • Channel revenue and profitability in the same report

What the Migros Yemek integration includes

Automatic order transfer

The order is written onto a check with notes, options and delivery details.

A shared order list

Migros Yemek orders appear in the same list as other channels, colour-coded by channel.

Menu and price management

Items, descriptions and prices live in HMS POS; a channel-specific price can be defined where needed.

Permissions and audit

Who accepted and who cancelled an order stays in the audit log; the same control applies on the delivery channel.

Order flow

How does a Migros Yemek order reach the POS?

When a guest orders in the Migros Yemek app the order lands directly in HMS POS and appears on screen with an audible alert. The moment you accept it a check opens, the items are routed to the kitchen display by station and recipe-linked ingredients leave stock. Nobody types the order a second time, and you no longer need someone sitting at a tablet copying orders across.

Setup

How menu mapping and setup work

The only real work in setup is menu mapping: each product on the Migros Yemek side is matched once to its counterpart in HMS POS. After that, price, description and availability are managed from HMS POS — take an item off sale and it disappears on the platform too. Our setup team does the mapping with you, and for an average menu it takes less than half a day.

Frequently asked questions about the Migros Yemek integration

No — there is one store, and that is correct: because the kitchen is one, the ingredients are one. Whichever channel sells it, the deduction comes off the same recipe and the alert arrives once.
Yes. Virtual brands run from the same kitchen are defined separately; orders arrive tagged with the brand and profitability is measured per brand. Details are on the cloud kitchen solution page.
Your merchant account on the platform enabled for integration, and your current menu list. Our setup team handles the rest; for an average menu the mapping takes less than half a day.
