What is Self Service for?
The self-service flow lets guests order from their own phone without waiting for a waiter. They scan the QR code, the menu opens in their language with photos, items go into the cart, and once confirmed the order goes straight to the check and the kitchen display. At peak hours it takes the order-taking load off the waiter, and because the order arrives exactly as the guest selected it, misunderstandings go down.
